1. Zasilkovna shipping 

Proven method of delivery to more than 2,800 delivery points throughout the Czech Republic.

Delivery costs: Orders over CZK 2,000 will be delivered FREE! We send the goods directly to your address via the CZ Home Delivery service from Zásilkovna OR to the delivery point of your choice (the delivery method is determined by the customer). For orders up to CZK 2,000, the delivery costs are CZK 60 for delivery to the delivery point and CZK 90 for delivery to your address.

How long does it take to deliver the package?

Delivery to the delivery point - expected delivery time 2-3 working days

How does it work?

1. During the order of goods, in the method of delivery, you choose the Zásilkovna drop-off point that is closest to you.

2. As soon as we hand over the goods for transport, the Post Office will send an e-mail with the shipment number. You can track the shipment HERE

3. After delivery of the package to the collection point of your choice, Zásilkovna will send you an SMS and an e-mail with a password for collection
shipments. From now on, you can pick it up at any time within 7 days. (During the Christmas season, the time may be temporarily reduced to 5 days).

Delivery to Slovakia

Orders over 2600 CZK will be delivered FREE! We send the goods directly to your address via the SK Home Delivery service from Zásilkovna. For orders up to 2,600 CZK, the delivery costs are 79 CZK for delivery to the delivery point and 129 CZK for delivery to your address.

How to use the option of delivery to the delivery point?

Select the method of transport "Personal pick-up" in step No. 1 - Transport and Payment

When the shipment is delivered to the delivery point, you will receive an SMS message confirming the possibility of picking up the shipment. The delivery time is within 48 hours, but often the goods can be ready already in the afternoon of the next working day. We recommend checking the availability of the shipment by phone. Shipments are stored for 7 days from ordering.
