Returned goods

Sometimes it happens that something doesn't fit as it should. We can easily solve it - you can return the goods purchased from us or exchange them for others. Below are answers to frequently asked questions:

1. Can I exchange the purchased goods?

If it happens that the cut or size of the product does not suit you, we will be happy if we can exchange it for the right one to your satisfaction. You can exchange unworn and undamaged goods within 14 days of purchase.

For an easy exchange of goods , please contact us with the order number as soon as possible via email info@plove.cz and wait for confirmation from us. Then send the original non-conforming product as a return shipment. Just bring your package to the nearest Post Office branch and report this code for return shipments: 97093972. There is no need to fill in anything else. Immediately after receiving your return shipment, we will send you a new product. Goods can also be exchanged in person at the Oneday showroom at Františka Křížka 8, Mon-Fri 12-6pm.

If it happens that the goods you want to get are no longer available in the desired size, it is possible to exchange them for another product (even a product of a different value). In the event of an exchange for goods of a different value, the overpayment will be returned to you or you will need to pay the remaining amount according to the instructions you will receive in that case. If you are not interested in exchanging the goods for others, we will refund your money. We will send the payment to the account number you provided immediately after receiving the return shipment sent by you.

2. Can I return the purchase of goods?

If the goods do not fit as they should, please contact us with the order number as soon as possible by email at info@plove.cz and wait for confirmation from us. To easily return the goods, you must first pay the return shipment fee: https://plove.cz/products/zpetna-zasilka and then bring the goods to the nearest Post Office branch where you report the code for sending the return shipment 97093972 , there is no need to fill in anything else. Immediately after receiving your return shipment, the order will be canceled and the payment for the purchased goods will be returned to you in full. Goods can also be returned in person and free of charge for postage in the Oneday showroom at Františka Křížka 8, Mon-Fri 12-6pm.

3. Can I complain about the goods?

You are of course entitled to claim the goods and can do so within 30 days of receiving them. If it happens that for various reasons you do not find the right type of product and you wish to return it, inform us as soon as possible by emailing info@plove.cz . We will of course be happy to state the reason for the return. At the same time, please include the account number to which you want to return the payment. Send the goods back using the given return code and wait for an e-mail from us, in which we will confirm receipt of the goods and send payment to your account.

You can claim the goods you bought from us with a valid receipt within the statutory period of 2 years. We will inspect the product and assess whether it is a defect that can be complained about. If the claim is accepted, you will receive the goods repaired or exchanged for a new piece. We handle complaints within 30 days.

Claim conditions

  • We only accept clean and unworn goods in their original condition for claims
  • in order to make a claim, it is necessary to prove the purchase from us, for example, to provide an original or a copy of the proof of purchase of the goods
  • the claim does not apply to defects caused by normal wear and tear and improper use/maintenance
  • the claim must be made immediately after the defect has occurred
  • you can complain about the goods up to 24 months after their purchase. After the expiration of the statutory warranty period, we can solve many product defects with a professional repair, which costs CZK 100.
